🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy

Applies To: All products and services offered through LiveInPeaceLLC.com

🔒 General Policy
Due to the customized and interactive nature of our services — including consulting, AI brand systems, media production, and digital content — all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for completed services or downloadable content. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Brand packages

  • Strategy sessions

  • Digital downloads

  • AI content bundles

  • E-books

  • Webinars

  • Custom graphics
     

If a technical issue or system error occurs on our part, a store credit may be issued at our discretion. To request credit, please email us within 7 days of your purchase with proof of the issue.

👕 Physical Products (Merch & Apparel)

We offer exchanges only — no refunds on physical merchandise unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchange Guidelines:

 

  • Must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Once received and inspected, approved exchanges will be shipped or credited accordingly



Include your order number, item name, and reason for exchange.

🖥️ Digital Products & Downloads

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. This includes:

  • Templates

  • Downloadable guides and playbooks

  • Audio files

  • Video webinars or masterclasses

  • AI brand packages

  • Subscription content or bundle access

Due to the instant nature of these products, we do not issue refunds under any circumstance unless the file is corrupted or access is denied due to a system issue.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties, contact support and we’ll resolve access or delivery errors promptly.

🎟️ Event Refunds

If Live In Peace LLC cancels an event, a full refund or credit will be issued.
This includes live workshops, digital seminars, and in-person experiences.
If a customer cannot attend a scheduled event, no refund will be provided — however, in some cases, we may allow a credit transfer toward a future event or service. Email us within 72 hours prior to the event to request a transfer.

Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes without prior contact will result in account restriction and service access termination.
